What do Excellent, Good and Fair mean?
Excellent is barely used, with nothing you would notice up close. Good has light wear that you can see in the photos. Fair has visible marks and is priced lower because of them. All three are safe and fully working, or we would not list them.Can I return a preloved item?
Unfortunately not. Preloved items are final sale. That is why we photograph every mark and describe the condition in plain words. If something arrives damaged in transit or is not what the listing described, email us within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
What about new items?
New items can be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Courier Guy takes 2–4 working days to most addresses, longer to outlying areas. PUDO lockers are usually similar. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
How do I pay?
PayPal handles card and instant EFT. You can also pay by direct EFT using your order number as the reference - we ship once the money reflects.
Can you hold an item for me?
Items can be booked at a 20% non refundable deposit. Bookings are limited to 2 weeks
Our Story
Baby items are expensive, and most of it barely gets used before a child outgrows it. We kept seeing good strollers, cots and clothing sitting in garages while new parents paid full price for the same things down the street.
SnuggleStock is what we built instead: a place to buy quality baby items, new or preloved, without the markup or the guesswork.
Every preloved item is inspected, cleaned and honestly graded before it’s listed - a scuff gets photographed and priced, not hidden.
It takes longer than a normal drop-off shop. It’s also why parents trust what shows up at their door.
We also think a baby store should give something back. A percentage of every sale is donated to charity, supporting babies who need it most.
