Delivery

Courier Guy takes 2 to 4 working days to most addresses, longer to outlying areas. PUDO lockers are usually similar.

You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.

Collection in Pretoria can be arranged on weekdays.

Payment

PayPal handles card and instant EFT.

You can also pay by direct EFT using your order number as the reference. We ship once the money reflects.

Returns

Preloved items are final sale. That is why we photograph every mark and describe the condition in plain words. If something arrives damaged in transit, or is not what the listing described, get in touch within 48 hours and we will sort it out.

New items can be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty.
